How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free consultation.
  • To check for conflicts of interest before we agree to act for you.

Confidentiality

Information about your legal matter is kept confidential and, where it applies, protected by solicitor-client privilege. Please note that contacting us through this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Until we have confirmed that we can act for you, please share only the basic details we need to call you back.

When we share information

  • With service providers who help us run the firm, such as our website host, email and phone providers, practice management software and payment processors. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.

The site uses cookies that are needed for it to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools, they may set their own cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Security and retention

We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal information. We keep client files for as long as our professional obligations require, and enquiries that do not become files for no longer than we need them. When information is no longer needed, we destroy it securely.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and professional limits.
